Oscar International for Textile Industry (OSCAR TEX) has entered into processing agreements with the web builder Make It Fly in connection with processing orders from the web shop. In addition, data are processed by our email provider Mailchimp in connection with sending electronic newsletters. For email communication regarding orders Texware is being used. Electronic newsletters are only sent after obtaining your explicit consent and you can unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each newsletter.
In addition, certain data are also provided to third parties in connection with payments, activities on social media such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and Pinterest and optimisations such as cookiehub.
We use Google services such as Analytics, Search Console, YouTube and Google Tag Manager to find out more about how visitors use our website and to show visitors personalised and non-personalised advertisements. We also use other parties for advertising and communication services, including Meta and Social Pilot.
If data processing is transferred to parties outside the European Union, such as a subcontractor, we ensure that your data remains protected in accordance with the relevant prevailing European legislation, namely art. 46 and 47 of the GDPR.
